TT-Y1 Crush Tester
Crush tester is used to test the compression (crush) resistance in vertical direction of corrugated paper, kraft paper and paper board. With the proper accessories (optional), it can also test the bounding strength and horizontal pressure resistance. It meets TAPPI T472
and JIS P 8126 standards.
The crush tester is designed to perform standard TAPPI fiberboard tests such as flat crush, edge crush, ring crush and pin adhesion.

The instrument is equipped with corresponding auxiliary equipment for the following tests:
>> Equipped with center plate and special sampling device for ring crush test to carry out ring crush test for paper and cardboard (RCT)
>> Equipped with edgewise crush (bonding) sampling device and auxiliary guide block to carry out edge crush test for cardboard (ECT)
>> Equipped with peeling strength test rack for adhesive (stripping) strength test of corrugated board (PAT)
>> Equipped with flat crush sample sampler fot flat crush strength test of corrugated board (FCT)
>> Equipped with vertical fluter and auxiliary equipment for laboratory CCT and CMT test, that is, measure the vertical or flat crush strength test of corrugated board
>> Equipped with thickness test pads for thickness test of paper, cardboard, corrugated board, or other sheets

Penguji hancur digunakan untuk menguji ketahanan kompresi (hancur) dalam arah vertikal kertas bergelombang, kertas kraft dan papan kertas. Dengan aksesori yang tepat (opsional), itu juga dapat menguji kekuatan pembatas dan ketahanan tekanan horizontal. Ini memenuhi standar TAPPI T472 dan JIS P 8126.
